THE PREPARATORY LIGHTWORKER MEDITATION

Awakening the Inner Light

This meditation focuses on intensifying the degree of spiritual light held within your Being, invoking the higher spiritual energies and anchoring your Soul Light firmly within your energy field.

It is an excellent general clearing meditation, perfect for flushing out old energies from all layers of your being, and grounding your spiritual light within your physical body. This meditation usually results in a feeling of peace, clarity and rejuvenation - particularly if you have been encountering periods of emotional distress, depression or confusion.

The strong emphasis on the body during various stages of the guided exercise also makes it an excellent grounding meditation when one has been engaged in excess head work, psychic work or simply needs 'bringing back to Earth'.

Healing through Spiritual Love with the Ascended Master Lady Nada

This meditation focuses on opening and more fully activating the Heart Chakra. Spiritual Love raises the frequency of the spiritual aspirant and encourages Divine Healing through Forgiveness. As old energies are lifted, the spiritual aspirant becomes a clearer channel through which higher energies, such as the consciousness of spiritual love, can flow.

Lady Nada has one of the most heartfelt and beautiful energies that you will ever encounter and she is frequently a favourite amongst my students and clients. Regular invocation of her energy is recommended for any form of heart-based healing - for relationship difficulties, issues to do with anger and rage, inner child work and all forms of clairvoyant development (as awakening of the spiritual faculties always begins with awakening and clearing of the heart).

 

 

Karmic Clearing Meditation with the Ascended Master Serapis Bey

This meditative exercise facilitates clearing and release of karmic belief systems. Karmic mentality keeps spiritual seekers locked in patterns of struggle, unworthiness and scarcity. Through Ascension Healing Techniques and Appeal to the Karmic Board, aspirants are led through a process of deep inner healing and purification. The aspirant can release the karmic tendency to recreate past patterns of behaviour and instead embody the qualities of inner peace, spiritual freedom and higher understanding.
