Personalised Meditations and Guidance for your Meditation Practice

Meditation is one of the most beautiful practices available to us on the Spiritual Path. Its benefits are well-documented and you can expect healing and improvements to be found in all areas of your life - from healing issues of self-esteem, addiction and emotional pain, to gaining insight and access to creative talents, and simply in strenghtening your presence in your relationships, work and improving your health. Not bad for something that can be done for free, any time that suits you, and for as little as twenty minutes at a time!

The challenge for many is to know where to start, or if already in meditation practice, how to move deeper into the practice. These sessions are designed to meet you where you are at on your meditation journey - whether you are a beginner with not much more than curiosity or an advanced practitioner needing some support and guidance in developing your practice or working through the variety of processes that can be triggered through deep meditation. 

Alana draws on her unique style of meditative work, as well as her experience with a variety of forms of meditative practice, to customise a practice for you at this particular stage in your journey.

In working with Alana in these sessions, you also gain access to the deepening effects of joint meditative endeavour - the capacity to move more deeply into meditation through the joining of another's energy field with conscious intent.

You will receive a recording of the meditation which you can use to guide your practice outside of your session(s) if you so wish. These beautiful healing sessions run for an hour for beginners, and up to an hour for advanced meditators.
