Creating Your Life with Heart

Living a Heart-Centred Life is so different to the typical life suggested by our society - which often feels to me like a conveyor belt where we are all supposed to look, feel and act in one particular way. Such a one-size-fits-all approach rarely, if ever, provides true happiness and yet with something akin to insanity, we wonder if only we try harder, perhaps we will find peace and fulfilment.

Here I share my own healing journey from depression, despite my life taking an apparently wonderful direction as I completed my law degree and won a highly-sought after legal clerkship with a top commercial law firm. Working to be a success based on the values of others was killing my Soul, bit by bit.

I took courage and leapt into what was considered by those around me to be an unfathomable path as a spiritual healer and teacher. In taking this step, I had begun living from my heart, from my own values, despite their strangeness to those around me. I was finally able to shift a consuming depression, turn around a rapidly growing weight-problem and clear panic attacks that were all an expression from my poor strangled Soul simply seeking to live.

I have loved this life as a spiritual healer and mentor for over a decade now and it continues to nourish me and my clients in such healing ways.

I was inspired to write this book because I found that I was repeating the guidance contained within it to so many different clients that I realised that there was a hunger for guidance on how to connect with one's own inner world in order to create more happiness in the outer world.
