We each have within each of us the light of the divine, we are in essence, already enlightened. Touching into our enlightened energy is something that we can do each day. As a result the world that we are continuously creating for ourselves can be a healing balm for our souls, rather than an obstacle course of unconscious energies that can so vigorously drain us!
