The Soul Gardener

Christ energy is a beautiful spiritual energy that resonates with deep love for the Earth. It manifests in a variety of forms, one of which is The Gardener of the Soul. Christ energy often appears as a humble figure who reveals great spiritual love and insight upon closer attention.

This meditation was given to me during my own meditation practice when I required healing with dealing with anxieties I was experiencing in my life. I experienced such an overwhelming and immediate sense of calming and upliftment that I wanted to share it with you.
