Please note that the links be active for a period of 48 hours after purchase. Please download your purchased items within 48 hours of receiving the links in your email!

If you have problems placing an order, don't worry. All your purchases are guaranteed. Simply contact us via email or telephone and we will send you your purchases!

A special disclaimer for tape recordings of your session

Whilst all care is taken so that your sessions are recorded, sometimes a session recording will not work. In such cases there is no responsibility assumed for technological errors that prevent the session recording from working. Fortunately our recordings work in the vast majority of cases, but there are occasions upon which recording simply does not work, and we would like you to be aware of this possibility.

Though we empathise with the frustration of a failed recording, there is no refund or compensation offered in such cases. If this concerns you, you may choose to record the session yourself and/or take written notes. 

A Note on Downloading Meditation MP3s

Please note that these are individual meditations which are sent to you in electronic format, not on a CD.

You can play them on your computer, load them on to an MP3 player (like an ipod) or burn them onto a CD from your computer (providing your computer has capacity to burn CDs rather than just play them).

If you don't already have a music player installed on your computer, such as itunes or Windows Media Player, then you may like to download itunes which is a free music application compatible with Mac and PC that will allow you to listen to your meditations and make CDs if your machine has the capacity to do so, as well as load them onto an ipod.

Why can't I order CDs together with other products?

You are welcome to order downloadable items AND CDs off this site but the shopping cart will process them as two separate orders.

This is because the shopping cart processes physical items that need to be posted to you (like CDs) separately from those that can be paid for and downloaded straight from your computer.

So you can order as many CDs as you like in one order and as many downloadable products (including any combination of meditation MP3s, spiritual lecture MP3s and articles) as another order.

Simply place your order for CDs or downloadable items (such as MP3s and articles) first, and then complete the remainder of your order in a separate transaction. There are no hidden or additional cost for processing more than one order.

Free items do not go through the shopping cart system and can be downloaded at any time.

Special Note for Purchasing and Downloading Packages

If you are purchasing a package, you will receive a link via email to your package. Please note that the links be active for a period of 48 hours after purchase. When you double click on the link that is emailed to you, a folder containing your package of meditation(s) and article(s) in electronic format will open directly on to your computer. The folder will be in a zip format (which allows for large amounts of data to be sent in a single action). Most modern computer platforms will open the folder in useable format when you simply double click on it.

However if you have any difficulties in accessing your package content, please simply email your receipt to Alana Fairchild for your purchases to be directly emailed to you.

Whilst all care is taken breakages and losses may sometimes occur during shipping.

Refunds are accepted for faulty goods only. Refunds are processed once the faulty goods are received. Assessment of fault to qualify for return is at seller's discretion.
