This is what will appear on our records, your listing and your practitioner license. If you have a different name for professional use to your legal name, you must put your legal name first and place your ‘work name’ or spiritual name, if different to your legal name, in parentheses afterwards. Example - Deborah Devore (Sri Kali)

If we need to send you something in hard copy - such as a license - we can use this address. It will also be the same address used in any official correspondence or legal documents.

7. SERVICES OFFERED*

Tell us about you in around 100 words. We know how hard it can be to write a bio! Think of it from your client’s perspective. If you were a client and ‘checking out’ a possible practitioner, what would you be interested to know? Write from your heart and share your truth. Some questions to get you started - What are you passionate about and why are you a healer? Do you want to share something about your background and your personal journey?
Tell us about your experiences of practicing the modality techniques, including any practice sessions you conducted, which helps us confirm that you understand enough to be able to confidently move forward as a practitioner. We are not looking for perfection, we are looking for learning and growth. Please limit your response to between 200 – 700 words. This section of your application helps us honour our agreement with our course accrediting agency, the IICT.
10. YOUR APPLICATION CHECKLIST*
If there are any issues to clarify, we will be in touch, otherwise you can expect to receive confirmation of your application and soon after, confirmation of your successful practitioner license and a copy of your beautiful license certificate shortly. If you do not hear from us within 2 weeks, please email [email protected] to follow up as there may have been an issue with us receiving your application.
